Exterior Design

The exterior of our vans are clad with a high quality fibre glass sandwich panel bonded to the galvanized steel frame. This gives you a very strong, but light weight construction and has been designed to be a class leader in durability.

The Adventure Treks compact exterior dimensions and aerodynamic styling, offers you the same off road capability as a camper trailer with the convenience of a caravan.

Exterior Specifications

The exterior of our vans are clad with a high quality fibre glass sandwich panel bonded to the galvanized steel frame. This gives you a very strong, but light weight construction and has been designed to be a class leader in durability.

All of the external walls and roof are insulated with 20mm polystyrene to ensure your comfort, whatever the season.

The floor is 10mm marine grade plywood bonded and screwed to the chassis frame. This can then be optionally sealed to enhance the life of the flooring, depending on your application.

The windows are industry standard and the entry door comes with a triple lock security screen also.

The pop top roof is completely constructed with aluminium, both the skin and the frame.

The town water connection and the water tank filler are conveniently located behind a lockable flap at the rear of the right hand side of the van.

An industry standard 15amp power inlet is provided to the right hand side of the van and a 10amp power outlet is provided to the awning side.

The 9kg gas bottle and regulator are housed in their own compartment of the right hand side of the van. The access door is hinged for your convenience.

An optional pole carrier can be located on the drawbar of the van.
